PODERE LA PAOLINA TODAY

Podere La Paolina is a working farm of 22 hectares, cultivating crops that rotate throughout the year from sunflowers to winter wheat, barley and alfalfa used to feed local grass-fed cattle. The farm also produces its own extra virgin olive oil from a variety of olives.
Our exclusive countryside inn and restaurant opened in 2017. We are a family passionate about country life, where everyone contributes to daily activities with dedication and a warm sense of hospitality. We share our knowledge of the area with our guests, offering  an authentic experience of the Tuscan lifestyle.

Ines manages the farm and leads guided  tours, James, the chef, carefully designs the menu. Fabrizio takes care of social media and marketing, Nicolas is our barman, William is training to become a chef and Carlotta creates all the flower arrangements.

Our restaurant is dedicated to traditional Tuscan cuisine. We use locally sourced ingredients and our menus vary according to the fresh seasonal produce available.
